I have been collecting Downers ephemera for many years. I started by buying Downers Grove bits and pieces on eBay. My collection of DG artifacts was on display at the Downers Grove History Museum. I will be putting stuff up as time allows. I think I have something from all of the auto dealers, Ford Chevrolet Chrysler and Studebaker. If you are familiar with anything that I post. I discover The Kelmscott Press in Downers Grove.
It seems that most of my life I have been familiar with Johnson Printers and The Downers Grove Reporter. Then this post card leapt from the past. How far in the past it came from I don't know. Perhaps a Downers Grove historian can fill me in.
